This Terms of Service (the “Terms”) governs your use of Deltas Mojo Cleaning Service LLC’s cleaning services and related offerings (the “Services”). By engaging our Services or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We provide residential cleaning, janitorial, office/commercial cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and our proprietary branded cleaning products. Services are performed at locations within Inglewood and the greater Los Angeles area. Availability is subject to scheduling, staff, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice.
We strive for high-quality, professional cleaning. Customers must provide access to premises, ensure safety, and disclose any hazards or fragile items. Special instructions must be communicated in advance. Any estimates are contingent on condition and scope; actual work may vary but will aim to meet agreed-upon expectations.
Prices are provided in writing or via our booking system. Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed. We accept accepted payment methods. Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion in cases of significant service deficiencies, in alignment with applicable consumer protection laws.
Appointments are scheduled through our system. Cancellations must be made within the specified window to avoid fees. Re-scheduling may incur adjustments based on availability. Emergency changes are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We protect client information in accordance with applicable laws. Any proprietary cleaning products or methods remain the property of Deltas Mojo Cleaning Service LLC. Clients may not reproduce or disclose our proprietary materials without authorization.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant Services. We are not liable for indirect damages. Clients agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from misuse of the Services, provided we are not negligent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court where applicable.
